Random Nightly Price Change

I recently posted a new property and activated the new listing discount per airbnb recommendations. I turned off smart pricing and set my nightly rate of $190 for weekdays and $240 for weekend. My last booking the guest some how was able to get a nightly price of $150 instead of $190 on one of the days. I've reached out to support and received little help as they keep saying the reason for the $150 price is for the new listing promotion but the other night they booked was for $190.  They have closed my case and refuse to give me any real answers as I want to avoid this in the future if it's my doing however they can't give me any useful info. Anyone experience this and have airbnb just give up and refuse to offer any additional help and close the case?

@Chase110when exactly you listed your property? Bc this is what I found:

The discount expires for each enrolled listing after the third promotional booking, or 30 days after your promotion opt-in date, whichever happens first.

So if 30 days period ended on Saturday it would explain why Saturday is discounted and Sunday and Monday are not.

Here you can find the way how you can opt-out of it https://www.airbnb.com/d/promotions-you-can-apply
