Does anyone link air bnb into real time rental?

Hi @Tai726, Welcome to the Community Center!

How have you been getting accustomed to knowing more about Rental management software?

Have you found some clues through an internet search or got in touch with other Hosts elsewhere, to get more ideas since you posted?

 
I noticed an existing thread where a Host was asking a similar question and our Host @Bob297 advised them with their recommendation here:  Vacation Rental Management Software. I would also like to invite @Bob297  and @John6275  to this thread if they have some other experience in this matter and may be able to offer some guidance to us!

I use smoobu as a property management system

I advertise on multiple platforms, and they swiftly get the reservations from one platform and forward them to another.
It also manages the prices per platform, min-max stays, last minute discounts.
Never had a double booking in 2 years

@Bob297 That helps we’re checking out a couple it’s a little daunting when we’re looking to Come online with 350 + houses.   We’re going to start slow and test run our privately owned properties first so we can monitor

My experience with smoobu if for 5 listings
With 350+ houses, it might be interesting to look for more sophisticated software.
