Please contact me as to why Anastasia is not replying about my refund.my name is Colin my email address is *sensitive information hidden* .this is unacceptable,it has been 3 months since my cancellation and i vs not heard anything since march. I have received my facilities voucher but no refund please do not ignore this email again.

This is a community forum for hosts and guests not monitored by Airbnb.

If you want to speak to Airbnb all the ways of contacting them are in the CONTACT AIRBNB post towards the top of the forum you are posting in.

Just to note if you are entitled to a refund when your booking didn't go ahead, the refund comes from Airbnb not the host (assuming your booking had not already started).

@Stephanie would you remove the personal details from Colin's post.
