Refused to be paid (by Air Bnb)

Due to having lost my original mobile number I cannot add a payment method or change my mobile number to let me add a new one!

 

I informed air bnb of this and asked whether I should cancel my guest since I wouldnt be able to get paid.

 

Air Bnb Told me not to cancel the guest. Now they wont pay me for my first customer (£365) who gave 5 star review.
