I am curious to know if the team thinks Reno, NV will be a good market for air bnb during the winter season?

I am a new investor and I am really trying to break even. Summer was great - but not sure during this fall. Any thoughts?

if you want to know, you'll need to do your own market research on supply and demand for the sort of property you want to invest in.

and likely charge out rates and how many days you're likely to let out per annum .

Hi, I opened in April and staying around 90% occupancy. What about you. New to this market. Have some in Puerto Rico.
