Reservation rate down! Help !!!!

Hello,

We have been renting our apartment since June 2018. Until then, we had an average booking rate of around 80% and even 95% in summer.

But now, for 2-3 months, I have almost no reservation. Today I have someone coming and then nothing.

I know someone else has settled fairly close to me, but I don't think that explains the phenomenal drop in bookings.

Do you have any ideas so that I can return to a suitable level of overnight stays?

I was thinking of redoing my photos, but for that, we will have to wait for spring because for the moment, the light is not really good ...

People around the globe have been experiencing this, (myself included) so it's not just you.  There are many theories that other more knowledgeable hosts could discuss with you, but unfortunately nobody seems to know solution.  I would suggest listing your property on other platforms in an effort to increase bookings, at the very least.  Good luck, and all the best!
