Resolution Center Extra Guest Fees

I have a guest that booked 02/2024 and when doing so, booked for 2 adults.

The guest brought in an additional 4 guests (for a total of 6) to host what is basically an overnight slumber party.

Our house only sleeps 4 people in 2 queen beds, so they brought in an air mattress too for the extra people.

Am I allowed to request any sort of “unauthorized” or “extra guest” fee?

I’d like to at least charge them for Guests 5 and 6 who really didn’t even fit in the house.

Not sure if my claim will be rejected if I do this or not.

I should also mention there was damage that would fall within the AirCover claim, but it’s the extra guest fees I don’t know about for sure.

@Crystal642  In order to have AirBnB support your request for extra guest fees, you have to have it listed in your settings or house rules that extra unauthorized guests will be charged X dollars or that the guest and any additional unauthorized persons will be asked to vacate immediately.  

Many people think that a long as they are renting a place that they can do as they like while there.  You have to be prepared to confront the guest and evict on your own -- there is no policing by AirBnB and they are not going to send anyone to get the extra people or the guest out of your property.
