Room renting in Bradenton

Hey friends!!! 

I have been on airbnb since 2015 in Barcelona, NOW we’re in Bradenton FL, USA, and would like to try renting a room and share the house in wich we live in. 

Does somebody knows if it is possible to host with no penalties and the law in Bradenton center?
