Scotland new license

, I am a host since before 1st october 22, Can I put a different listing now? I am no more doing my old listing

Have you looked on the Edinburgh Council website to look at what process they have for people wanting to do STR @Shwetha2 

 

This would be your best starting point to see if you are eligible.

@Shwetha2 I believe you need planning permission (assuming you are in Edinburgh) before you list a new short term rental. Good luck (which I fear you will need).
