So I'm hosting a basement studio with en-suite bathroom and it has a seating area (2 chairs and a coffee table). Would the seating area count as private living room? TIA
@Khalid51 If the seating area is in the same room as the bed, nobody would consider it a private living room.
But if the seating area is in a distinct enclosed room, separated from the bedroom by a wall with a door, not only could you call it a living room, but your unit would probably be considered a suite or apartment rather than a studio.
