Sending passport information to Spanish Authorities

Hi ! I am registered with the Spanish Government platform for sending information regarding rental guests. This will need to be done by my manager during July and August but the problem is that only I, as the proprietor, can access the site. Has anyone else had this problem and now how to deal with it ?  There doesn't seem to be a helpline. Thanks.

@Janet1650 Ok, where i am i have tried taking information to the Guardia Civil,...they said take it to the Polica Local, who in their turn said ,....take it to the Guardia Civil, i have even tried the Ayuntamiento,.. who said 'do I have a Licence',... answer,...'Yes',... ok then we don't want to know!
That is after trying to get the information from guests who don't  want to give you this information anyway.

So, not much help really, but thats as far as I have got,....so I don't bother anymore.
