Short term rental permit phoenix

Received notice on Phoenix’s new short term rental permit that is required by Jan 15. 2024.

The application form requires a TPT#, which will require me to apply for a TPT#, and thus be subject to tax filings directly with the city. Interested to know how other Phoenix hosts are handling this…
