Special offer with different cancellation policy

Hello,

do exist the possibility to make a special offer with a one-time edit of the cancellation policy?

Eg. Guest wants a special discount for a long stay period. 

I want to make a discount but I am afraid of guest cancelling right before: I want to apply to this guest a stricter cancellation policy with the special offer.

If it does not exists I suggest Airbnb to implement it, because it is beneficial both to guest and host (otherwise I would likely reject the guest).

@Saverio29 There is already a special cancellation policy for long-term stays: you can read about it here Airbnb Cancellation Policies . You will always be paid out for the first 30 days of the reservation.

However I would like to selectevely apply them to stays that are below 28 nights also...

@Saverio29 you can only choose from the standard cancellation policies, and it applies to the entire listing.

If you're concerned, temporarily set the listing to strict so the guest can complete their booking, then change it back to whatever policy you usually use after the booking is completed. The cancellation policy at the time of booking will be applied to the reservation.
