Submit Tax Info Issue

I am trying to submit my tax information but the submit button is greyed out an not allowing me to continue. I tried filing as my LLC and individually with no luck.  Anybody else experiencing this?  I have tried multiple times on multiple devices.

@Josh1661 For other things the format is key to making the save button magically appear. That's all the help I can give I am afraid.
