I'm trying to submit the w9 Form, but there is no place that I see any.Errors and why the submit button is grey out. Has anyone solved for this yet?
Is this in connection with your account verfication and/or payments? Can you post a screen shot of what you are referring to?
I suggest you try on a desktop/laptop computer instead of the App. It's possible it will not accept it from the App due to security protocols.
If it doesn't work on the desktop/laptop, you'll have to contact Airbnb for assistance.
Thanks that's actually the first thing I did. Went on my PC and tried in Chrome. I'm going to try safari on my husband's mac in the AM. Same grayed out submit button on a PC.
Hello @Judith981 👋
I just wondered if the date is inputted in the correct format also? It should give you an example of what that might look like? MM/DD/YY or similar.
Please let us know how you get on. Thank you for supporting here too @Joan2709 😊
It's all so strange - the date is fixed and not able to be changed in the page. I couldn't edit it. I was going to reach out to Airbnb Support but I know the Community often will have seen something like this before
We love that you've come here to ask for support; as you say, it's a great place to problem solve, and ask for support from our wonderfully experienced hosts! 😊
Another option would be to log out and close all tabs and open it on a single browser on a pc/laptop and see if that helps.
These are some usual troubleshooting steps that we share for most technical difficulties:
If not, reaching out to Airbnb Support would be the next option. Please let us know how you get on!
@Rebecca had a good idea about the date, but sounds like that is a field you can't change.
🤔...We can't see the first pages of the screen shot, so there could be an error in other fields that you entered information.
When you do try logging in after following the steps above, I suggest you login to only ONE device and use your email address and not your phone number to login.
