Taxes collected & Paid by Airbnb

I need help getting from Airbnb the amount of taxes collected and who they sent it to. 
This seems like it should be an easy accounting question.

However,  I have spent the last four days on phone and messaging customer service still no answer. 
This issue has been escalated three times and have not received any call backs . 
I need proof from airbnb of the information. This is to the municipality my property is in. 
Without this I could lose my licenses. 

I’m in the Charleston, SC area. Any suggestions?

@Rhett10 others have tried (and failed) to get this information from Airbnb. At least if they succeeded they never came back here to tell us!

If your municipality has an agreement with Airbnb for it to collect and remit taxes then you may be better pursuing that route. I would use freedom of information legislation (if you have it) and/or a nice phone call to the municipality asking for a copy of their agreement with Airbnb. As I understand it Airbnb just supplies a $ amount to most (all?) places with no breakdown of where it comes from. Also in some areas you may be required to tell them how much Airbnb has collected on your behalf. This should be available to you by downloading transactions from your account.
