Team in Airbnb

Hello, can anyone help me with this or suggest an alternative.

We have 140 properties and I have a team of 4 property managers that we have setup in the company team in Airbnb.

My question is, is there a way to setup specific properties to specific property managers in the team as currently they are receive the messages from all guests including the properties they are not the property manager of.

@Andy-Resort-Hosts0 In my opinion you really need a PMS for tem management of this scale. 

That being said, you "can" set teams in Airbnb. The utilities for this are very limited though IMO. 

Over the years we have tried out many of the various PMS that are commercially available. We are currently using Hostaway. It is not perfect by any means but it has the best functionality for our current needs.

@Andy-Resort-Hosts0 Were you able to find a good solution for this? We  are looking into having to switch away from our co-hosting model to Teams but was told by Airbnb we have to  have a new Airbnb account for every property we want to be  on a Team for.
