We have 2 Kyaks we would like to use for our guests and wanted to know if we need to write up a contract for our guests to use them.

We have 2 Kyaks we would like to use for our guests and wanted to know if we need to write up a contract for our guests to use them.

Do we need a contract of some sort to ensure their safety and use at their own risk.  We would provide oars and life jackets.
