Hello, I have one short term rental and am wondering what app you're using to keep track of income and expenses also reciepts? Thank you!

I use spreadsheets to track income, cleaning fees, expenses, and payouts. I like seeing everything in one place and can easily customize it to what I need for tax time.

It pulls all the info together and helps me stay on top of bookings, payments, and expenses without needing to build complicated spreadsheets. I use ZOHO Books because I am a ZOHO programmer, its cheapest and easy to use. ZOHO system also gives you connectivity to CRM. Please ask any question if using Zoho, I will be happy to answer.
