I am entering into an arrangement with a host to allow use of my property for short term rental under revenue sharing model. The host is asking for a rent agreement so as he can host my property on online platforms including Airbnb. Is it correct? What document are needed for listing?

Be VERY CAUTIOUS about doing this. DO NOT allow this person to setup the listing with themselves as Owner. You should be setting up the listing under your name as Owner. You then send them an invite to serve as a Co Host.
You should have a written contract with this person outlining what is each person responsible for, that YOU remain as OWNER and this person is a Co Host. Outline in the contract what you will pay them and what happens if you have to terminate their services for cause.
If you let them list the property with them as Owner, you will lose all control over the listing and they keep all the reviews if you have to fire them.
