What is a reasonable management fee?

I am not sure if I’m charging below or above the management fee. What is the average fee folks are charging? I charge 2.5 percent.

The fee will obviously depend on what you are doing, daily rate for your listing, your experience and expertise as a host @Shane321 

It's really up to you as the owner of the cohosting business to decide on your charting model. 

it would seem very low if you're providing a full service .
