advice to find a Perth Australia realtor to help locate the best areas / properties for AB&B investment

Looking for advice on locating a real estate firm/person that specializes in locating properties suitable for successful Air B&B investments in Perth Australia. Must have a proven track record in B&B investment-type properties and know the business as well as local resources to help educate us.

Thanks for any suggestions or help that anyone can give us.

All the best,

Gary

Hi @Gary-and--Georgia0

You can Google to find estate agents in Perth but their job isn't to help you identify the best locations for your STR business it's to sell houses . They should be able to provide you with general information of what different areas of the city are like . But they are likely to tell you what you want to hear to make a sale 😀.

why don't you join the local host Perth group and ask for advice there.

you can also use tools like Airdna to look at supply and demand for the sort of areas you are looking at.

many cities and tourist areas now have oversaturated markets so definitely worth you doing your market research.
