airbnb side by side (connected) duplex and sharing wi-fi.

i have a duplex which is an upstairs/downstairs and i want to provide fast internet (obviously) but i can't decide how to set it up. i was going to use comcast business (1 router and 2 hardwired extenders to each airbnb). but, now they say i need two separate accounts. my other plan was to put a modem/router in our attic between the two spaces and run a mesh to cover both. my question is what speed should i subscribe to (200-300 mbps?) and what configuration or systems do you recommend.  thanks in advance.

@Darrel96 You could run a wire from the router to the second property and then just use a wifi router at the other end. Depending on the size of the property this should work fine. You need to go onto the internet to see how to set up the two routers so they don't interfere with each other.

Putting the first router in the attic may be a good idea otherwise a guest switching off their wifi would get the other guests off.

Hi @Darrel96 ,

Did you ever get your guest wifi setup figured out?

Thanks,
