I had a very unpleasant situation with Airbnb. I've been renting out my apartments on the site since 2013, just a second. The company owes me $9467.35 for 2023 and is not paying me. I have been calling customer service since February 2023. I have already talked to more than 15 managers!!! Even with a supervisor!!! The result is zero!!! For 8 months no one could answer anything. The company has a “cool” support system. They listen to you, apologize, and then send you to some department and attention!!! - they close the case!!! No one calls back or emails with results or questions. They just close the case!!!! If this company has at least one adequate employee (very preferably higher than a simple manager, I am ready to talk about the problem 20 times) This is all unpleasant because there is a war in my country and this money is not extra at all.

I am sorry to hear that Alexander, I wished the CEO or Airbnb would look into this personally. But hosts like us seem to be small potatoes in my view.

It took me a month but I see today that the issue got fixed. I would call daily. Good luck!
