how to talk with a supper host

how to talk with a supper host

I am new to being a host, I am trying to get in touch with a supper host. I have tried to join the facebook groups , it keeps rejecting me because I don't have a host , URL yet.

I would love to talk with a supper host, that can answer questions about the Denver,CO market.

thankyou,

Richard

Hello @Richard3525 👋

I think I've replied to you on another thread already but unfortunately you won't be able to join a Local Host Club on Facebook until you have an active listing.

The great news is that you'e found the Community Center and it's full of experienced hosts and superhosts who are willing to share their knowledge and support. Did you have a specific question that we can help you with?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi, Thank you for your help. I am trying to decide if there is a market for ABNB my home.  When I search ABNB near my home, there are only 8 properties that come up.  It that a good sample number to know if there is a market for my home?

Hi @Richard3525

You could try the Find a CoHost feature on Airbnb.  That would put you in touch with available co-hosts operating in Denver.

I live in northern Colorado, and am not familiar with the various neighborhoods in Denver that might drive your business, but hopefully an area co-host would.  A cohost could help you determine what your goals are, what obstacles you might face (license, HOA?) and help you decide if it was worth it.

I too got rejected from the area Airbnb host FB group initially, (I HAD an active listing) but I resubmitted with the listing URL and was accepted.

Hope that helps.
