issue w/sending special offers

My friend can't seem to send a message to my inbox so I can give him a special offer. Any suggestions?

@Dave1052 How is he trying to send you a message? He needs to send an Inquiry, by clicking on "Contact Host" near the bottom of your listing page. Is that what's not working?
