missing payout due KYC even everything is verified

Hello everyone 

its has been more then 20 days calling and texting airbnb support team for missing payout , at the first they told me there is a KYC problem .After that apong from the support team told me problem fixed i should be expecting my payout in 1-3 days  . it's been 15 days now .

then i did call again and again , the only answer i get wait for a specialist to contact you to verify your KYC or your case has been esclated to specialist team . what should i do ? should i bloque my listing  , or cancel all the reservations ...  I need Help Asaap

hope you’re well. 
I have similar issues of my pay out. 
Airbnb hold it and I started to lose a client and plan to just block my calendar if this will not be resolved. 
my clients aren’t happy about this and I keep telling them after 48 hours as it’s the promised timeline everytime I call airbnb. 
can you please can guide me through or can get in touch with someone who might can help me.
