A guest has just booked for a week in July using instant booking and the price booked is a lot less than my normal daily rate. How has this happened, I have not had any offers or discounts running and would never do so for July anyway as it is peak season.
Any ideas on how this happened and how I can stop it happening again?
@Sarah3210 It looks like you do have a 20% weekly discount enabled. This will be applied for any week long stay throughout the year. Perhaps you should delete that discount.
