1 bedroom and a loft?

Hi, we have a cottage that has a kitchen, living room, Full bedroom and a large loft that has a double bed. How do I list it? 2 Bedroom or 1...

Seems like you have a Whole House listing. I would list it as Sleeps 4 and be very clear that there is privacy in one bedroom and the other bedroom is an open loft. I think guests will be fine with that. You just always want to be upfront about exactly what the listing contains.
