Hello, it’s the first night of this guests rental and my home keeper who lives next door is telling me that there are close to 100 people in my rental home ....they told her to stay away when she confronted guests .....what can I possibly do ???
Manage your property and your business. Kick your guest out.
Call the police and have them on site when you let the guest know their actions are unacceptable and they will have to leave. I would also contact airbnb and keep them informed.
These things happen. It is easy to run a business when things go well but to be sucessful you have to deal with problems. I found it is easier to remove the problem than it is to try and fix the problem or change people's behavior. Tell your guest to get packing and thank your housekeeper for keeping an eye on your investment.
"Manage your property and your business"
Couldn't agree more. Sorry @Bobby90 , but it's incidents like these - and more specifically, hosts' complete failure to deal with them swiftly and effectively - that are the primary cause of ever more prohibitive, draconian legislation being introduced in city after city.
Your home, your business, your responsibility to have sufficient measures (security cameras, noiseaware devices, adequate on-site management etc) in place to shut these events down, before they even have a chance to get out of control.
Thank you
Thank you
@Bobby90 Contact Airbnb before cancelling these guest. Send a message via the message window to the guest. This way you have documentation that you know what is happening and BNB can see it if the guest try and demand a refund. If you cancel them you will loose your Super Host status. Have BNB cancel them and get them off your property. Best of luck!
