404 ERROR after redirect, cannot link payoneer account to

Hi, 

I cannot seem to link my airbnb account to my payoneer account. When i try to complete the form and add a payoneer account, the redirected Payoneer.com URL gives a 404 error. Is this an issue in airbnb? Or is this specific to the country i am in (Sri Lanka).
