6 month availablility vs Superhost

I only am available to rent out April to Oct.   so for 1 quarter of the year I don’t have my 10 visits and will loose super lost credentials

Is there any way for hostbwjo don’t host 12 months of the year and wiondont do long term to qualify for super host

@Christine1814 Absolutely. Your ten visits is per year, not per quarter. Go to your Performance --> Opportunities --> Superhose tab to see what the requirements are for your listing.

Yes but as the quarters move.  Next quarter I will loose super host because it won’t qualify.   Though my rating do

@Christine1814  I'm open for bookings all year except for one month in the summer when I go on holiday. But from mid-May through end of September, I'd be lucky to get one booking, because it's not tourist season here- it's super hot and humid and rains almost daily. But I've managed to retain superhost status for 2 years, as it's based on a year's bookings. I also only get about 10-15 bookings in a year, most guests stay at least 3 days, most stay one-two weeks.

I know it's not really kosher, but if you only needed 1 or 2 more bookings to qualify, you could always get a friend or family member to book and then just pay them back.
