A credit due me.

I was given a 2 day credit for a reservation that i could not get in to because Air bnb s site was down. where do i find that 2 day credit?

It should appear on the payment page when you go to make a reservation.

Hello @Donna72,

Does it appear in your trips section?

Could it be that the reservation, like for credit obtained from referrals, has to be a qualifying one i.e. the cost has to be more than US$ 75?

If it's not in the trips section and the reservation is for more than US$75 you'll have to contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

hi. yes i saw his reply, but no my credit was NOT listed in the trip section. any ideas?

also how do i contact air bnb to say i do NOT want to list my room for a month or so as i have a new dog. i blocked the days on my calander but now have been warned i am in trouble for falling below standards...
