A customer threatened to shoot me - Air b&b says I called the customer a “racial slur”

This is an update to a post I put up about a customer altercation that happened on 2/22/19 - air b&b is also claiming that I called the customer a racial slur when there is no video or photo proof and I filed a police report- the customer is a pathological liar. Why was this not put in the police report if I supposedly did this ? We are both black - what racial slur could I have possibly called him ? I am very upset and air b&b is taking a customers word over a police report.

There is no video of photo footage of this - and it was not put in the police report that I filed. I am not sure what to do, all I want is my locks changed, and I believe they are stalling on this. This customer refused to give me my keys back and threatened my life.

@Vara2 it seems Airbnb has deactivated your original profile and listing? If so you are probably out of luck. This seems to happen with some regularity. Airbnb disables the listing at the slightest whiff of any "trust and safety" issue and doesn't seem to care what the host has to say about it. This has happened to hosts with many years of hosting and hundreds of successful stays. I don't know that anyone here will be able to offer you any useful advice about it. You could try a public appeal on facebook and/or twitter.
