A false review shows up on page one as relevant from July. How to remove it from relevant?

Renter said we had a septic smell, but it was his kids sprayed the bathroom with shower water and the laminate wood was soaking wet, with a wet wood smell. Now Airbnb has made this relevant and on the first page.  How can we get this review off of relevant?
