A guest is attempting to pay and it says "awaiting payment" on the conversation

A guest is attempting to pay and it says "awaiting payment" on the conversation. Is this a problem on my end or their's? It is a very large payout and I'd like to complete the transaction. What is the holdup?

@Libby2 The guest will have to resolve this with Airbnb from their end.

The issue is probably not sufficient funds on the card or a larger payout has to be verified by the card issuer.
