A guest wants to change a booking.

I have a guest coming for a buisness trip in april. He now wants me to change who is coming.

So in detail, he is not coming but a coworker who is new to the site.

I have moderate cancelattion and I do not do the cacellation on my end unless the flat is on fire.

Is it even possible to do this change?

My ide is that he ads a guest and then removes himself.

He can add this person as an extra guest, but as he is the booker, he can not remove himself.

If the booker has a business acount with Airbnb, he can perform the change. If it is a "normal" account, he has to contact Airbnb to ask for solution. Due to liability it is not a good idea to simply add extra guest and the booker himself not showing up. Best regards, Emiel

Thank you so much for answering me. 

He says he has added a guest but I can not see it,

I will pass this information on to him now and I am confident that this will be sorted out.

His coworker has a new profil and 6 verrifications so it all looks good.
