A guest who has guests ...

I have a room in my house listing.  My guest has guests over!!!  Didn't ask.  They are here...in my dining room having dinner.   

Not sure what to do.

Listing specifically says they can have people in only for transition if they are being picked up by someone.

Oh dear, it would have been better if you had said something to your guest before he and his guests were eating their dinner at your place.

How long he is there for? If just one night  there isn't much you can do, If he is there for longer just have a friendly chat and say you think he must have forgotten that he isn't to have guests visit apart for pick up/drop off. Follow up with a message on Airbnb.

I didn't realize the extra person was there until they were in the kitchen and dining room.  They didn't use the door bell upon arrival and the way my house is laid out I didn't hear them come in.  

Thankfully only one night.  I will reach out to airbnb...thank you.

Thank you.  Obviously I'm a newer host, but I kept thinking there is a reason guests are vetted and verified. To have someone in you home that isn't just didn't sit well with me.

So second part of the equation' How do you handle it?

I felt trapped in my own home.
