A host which is not answering

Good Afternoon a friend of mine has a reservation and the host confirmed the booking but not answering any of the questions being asked

it may be his host didn't set notifications for Airbnb messages and doesn't check Airbnb regularly.

Tell your friend to try to contact his host by phone and email. If he still can't rich him then he can contact Airbnb and ask them to contact the host. If they can't contact him either then your friend can ask Airbnb to cancel his reservation and refund him and he can book somewhere else
