Hello! Can someone out there please review my two sites and provide some constructive criticism please? Also, I know this site is called Air BnB but does that mean we are to provide breakfast? If I choose to provide breakfast, do I need to make that clear in my title? It's already in my description. Am I the only host that stays home? Is there an expectation that people are looking for an empty place to rent without breakfast?? Please advise. Deanna

Hi @Deanna4,

No you are not required to serve breakfast.  I think your listing looks great.  I only read it once but I did not notice if I would be sharing the bathroom with the other guest.  There are lots of hosts who stay home.
