ACCOUNT HACKED DAY FOUR

I am a multi-unit host with numerous listings. My Airbnb account was hacked on Monday at 8:00 am with the hacker changing my email address and password. It is now Thursday morning and after dozens of phone calls to Airbnb nothing has been done. I have repeatedly been told trust and saftes would get back to me, but have not received a single phone call or email. It's a holiday weekend and we have 12 checking just for today and more tomorrow. Airbnb does not seem to care that this is impacting the lives of others. Is there anything I can do or anyone out there that can help?

Same problem here! All our details are changed, our account doesnt seem to exist anymore. I'm using a different account now to be able to chat in this forum. I only had one upcoming reservation (luckily), but i suppose our bankdetails are changed as well. AirBnb can not help me because they can't find any info from from me. No email addres, no name, no phone number..  Very frustrating. Have you found a solution yet?
