@Daniela1252 but we are just other hosts here, just like you. We don't work for Airbnb and we don't know what happened to you. You need to contact Airbnb employees and you can find out how on the link I sent you in my previous reply.

As @Ana1136 has said, we are not staff for ABB, we are an online discussion forum.
If you look on your Hosting Dashboard, you will find your Guests reservation, in there msg the Guest and ask him for monies owed for your sofa if from what you have written here has been damaged.
You may need to ask for money to pay for the damage through the RESOLUTION CENTRE.
