Meu anúncio só permite reservas com 6 meses de antecedência, mas recebi uma solicitação para abrir uma data específica para dezembro, época de muitas formaturas e bailes aqui na minha cidade, por isso a preocupação do hóspede em reservar tão cedo.

Gostaria que nessa reserva, específica para 11/12 a 16/12, mudar as regras de hospedagem, como:

passar de de cancelamento moderado para a rigorosa e tirar o desconto que dei ao 3 primeiros hóspedes (esse seria o terceiro), devido o longo tempo ainda que a hospedagem será efetivada, é possível, pode me ajudar?

The cancellation policy attached is the one in your settings and applies at time of booking. It is not possible to have more then 1 cancellation policy setting, like for different periods. If you do not want to apply the special discount to this booking, inform the guest about the price and when agreed sent a special offer. If you do not have many bookings, change cancellation policy temporary so at time of booking (within 24 hours after you sent the special offer) the desired policy is attached.
