Accepted invitation dissapeard

Hello, guys,

I invited my sister to Airbnb via email and later via link (email did not arrive) yesterday. She signed up and I saw "signed up, but hasn’t taken a trip yet.". Now she told me she hasn't got any credit and I can no longer see the "signed up, but hasn’t taken a trip yet."

Any idea why this happened?
