Accepting a host who wants to throw a party?

I have a very nice home which I'm renting typically to families. However, I got a request for a 18 year old wanting to host a bday party. He has no reviews and just joined but seems respectful.

Should I accept his request?

@Stephanie1244   I'm curious how much you were going to charge that you would consider letting an 18 year old host a party in such a nice house?

I mean, sure money talks, if someone was going to pay something like $3K and put down $1.5 as a security--a real security not airbnb's fake security deposit, I might do it.
