Accepting bookings

Sir,

I am a new Host on Airbnb since the last few months.  I had a few queries if any one can answer them.

1) I generally use the mobile app of Airbnb. When we get a request for booking on the App, we are asked either to preapprove or decline and we also get the option of sending a special offer. Sometimes, we are just asked to accept or decline and we dont get the option of sending the special offer. Why is that so ???

2) Guests who are booking always say that they cannot select more than 16 guests on your website. Hence we cannot get the additonal extra guests fee and as a result, we dont get extra payment for extra guest. In this case, we require the special offer but sometimes we are just asked to accept or decline. So we cannot increase the price. Please advice.
