Accidental cancellation

I'm a host who accidentally cancelled a reservation and want to re-instate it.  The guest wants the same but airbnb has blocked out the dates making this impossible.  How do I reslove this ASAP or get help from AirBNB?  Can't be that hard!  Thanks much!

Hi @Sanjay7 First rule as an Airbnb host: NEVER CANCEL!  Host cancellations are very much frowned upon & discouraged. Avoid it at all costs - there are numerous posts here in the forums about this.  You can try contacting Airbnb & pleading your case - they may see it your way. All ways to contact them are HERE. I've heard Twitter gets the fastest response lately. Best of luck - Karen
