Account Deactivation HELP !

The site won't give me the drop down menus to de-activate some of my listings.  This site is really frustrating to deal with.  I can't host anybody when the listings are no longer available or active. People are trying to rent but I have to keep turning them away because I can't get onto the site to edit these de-activations for listings that are not available any more. I am at the point of giving up. I only one listing now and if people want the others then it gives me a bad record for future possible renters when they keep seeing...declined or not available.

For permanent deactivation of a listing you must use the text-link beneath the pulldown-menu (the  menu has only options: listed,de-listed and snooze).

If nothing works out, youi can make all dates on the calender unavailable by using an option in the booking-window setting: "make dates unavailable by default"
