Hello,
The 20th of February this year my wife recieved and e-mail from automated@airbnb.com stating that "apparently" her e-mail adress was modified and to ignore the message if it was intentional, but she hasn't modified her e-mail adress. Her password was also modified and now she can't login. The same day she wrote an e-mail explaining all of this to account.changes@airbnb.com but to this day she had no answer from them. We need help urgently, we have paid for an upcoming booking and we have no idea if everything is ok.
The old e-mail adress of my wife's account is [email address removed]
We need to recover that account and login soon! please help!
