Accuracy of a Posting!

We recently returned from a family trip to Atlantic city and have delayed posting any comments until we had a chance to communicate and get feedback from airbnb. Although our case was responded to quickly and they listened to our listed concerns and replied to our photos in a timely manner, it is concerning that despite all the evidence we provided to 5-6 different case managers it always felt like we were on the defensive.  I really dont know what could have done to prove our case any better.

@Tony623   Hi Tony

This seems to be a recurring theme with Airbnb when it comes to both guests or hosts putting in a complaint or requesting money for damages.

Your post is very vague, so not exactly sure what your experience was, but from everything I've read from other posts, keep calling and try talking to different reps until you get one who will help!

Best of luck!

@Tony623  Welcome to the world of trying to communicate with and get a satisfactory response from Airbnb. They seem to try to put everyone in the position of being on the defensive, guests and hosts alike. Their customer service is atrocious. Sometimes you'll get a good, knowledgable, helpful and sympathtic rep, but it's really the luck of the draw. Sometimes it works to just drop the whole matter with the rep you're dealing with, and start over, in the hopes that you'll get a better one.

Someone here may be able to point you in the right direction or give some suggestions, but we'd have to have a little more detail on what the issue actually was.
